Carlin graduated from the University of South Australia with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) and has extensive experience working as a rural generalist physiotherapist across both private practice and public health settings in South Australia.

She enjoys treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and is passionate about helping people reduce pain, regain confidence, and return to the activities that matter most to them. Carlin takes a practical, evidence-based approach and works closely with each patient to develop a treatment plan tailored to their goals and lifestyle.

Carlin has a special interest in Women's Health and Pelvic Health Physiotherapy and is currently completing a Master of Physiotherapy (Pelvic Health) through the University of Melbourne. She is also undertaking a Professional Certificate in Conservative Management of Pelvic Organ Prolapse through Adelaide University, allowing her to provide up-to-date, evidence-based care for people experiencing pelvic floor concerns.

Carlin provides assessment and treatment for a broad range of pelvic health conditions affecting both women and men, including:

  • Urinary incontinence and bladder leakage

  • Urgency and overactive bladder symptoms

  • Pelvic organ prolapse

  • Pelvic pain

  • Pregnancy-related aches and pains

  • Postnatal recovery and rehabilitation

She understands that pelvic health concerns can often feel personal or difficult to discuss and aims to create a welcoming, supportive environment where patients feel comfortable, heard, and empowered throughout their recovery.

In addition to her pelvic health training, Carlin is a qualified Pilates instructor and is trained in dry needling, allowing her to incorporate a variety of treatment approaches to help patients move well and achieve their goals.

Carlin is currently travelling around Australia with her partner and their English Staffy and is excited to be part of the Broome community. She is passionate about helping people of all ages stay active, healthy, and confident in their bodies.

Outside the clinic, Carlin enjoys playing netball, watching football, exploring new places, and spending time at the beach.
